Tandigm Health, a value-based healthcare company supporting primary care physicians, today announced the appointment of Stanley J. Milavec, Jr., Esq., Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. He will report to Tandigm Health President and CEO Anthony Coletta, M.D, M.B.A.
In this newly created role, Mr. Milavec will be responsible for all legal matters related to the company. He will also participate in the development and implementation of short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for Tandigm.

Mr. Milavec has more than 25 years of legal experience, including 15 years of experience managing the legal affairs of large teaching hospitals and integrated healthcare delivery systems. His focus has been on corporate and business law, corporate governance, regulatory matters and transactions.
As a co-founder of two revolutionary healthcare businesses, Mr. Milavec has knowledge and experience regarding a number of health industry-related matters, such as FDA applications, approvals and exemptions, negotiating and securing capital, and the sale and distribution of medical products and clinical services to hospitals, health systems, physicians and consumers. In addition, he has taught healthcare, licensing and contract related courses at both Columbia Law School and the Villanova University School of Law. He is listed in Philadelphia Super Lawyers® for healthcare, and in SmartCEO Magazine as one of Philadelphia’s “Legal Elite” for business legal advice.
